Adams Rib Roasts for Christmas

    • Remember, when most people ask for “Prime” rib, they are asking for the CUT of beef, not the grade.
    • “Prime” rib is also known as “Standing” rib roast.
    • The rule of thumb is 1 rib feeds 2 people. Example: a 4-rib roast would feed 8.
    • The largest Beef Rib Roast is 7 ribs.
    • For every Rib Roast order, it is standard practice we cut it off the bone and tie the bone back onto the meat. This way our customers can roast the rib with the bone, and then just cut the string for easy carving.
