Fresh Pasta

Brand new to our Wappinger store is our fresh homemade pasta department! Our pasta is made in-store 7 days a week on machines that are straight from Italy. We use bronze die cut pasta (except the raviolis and lasagna sheets) and #1 semolina flour.
