We proudly source produce, meats, cheeses, dairy products, flowers and honey from many local farms throughout the Hudson Valley. Because we began as farmers, we have tremendous respect for the farmers we work with across our region. When you shop at Adams you’ll learn that our produce comes from farmers who grow responsibly and put their livelihoods on the line to bring their best from the fields to every Adams market. Mark and Sue Adams started Adams Greenhouses in 1978. They have five acres under cover.

Hudson Valley Fresh Dairy
Hudson Valley Fresh is composed of several milk farms. All farms contribute milk to Adams including Stormfield Swiss, Coon Brothers, Tollgate, Willow Brook, Domino Farm, Plankenhorn, Dutch Hollow and Shenandoah.

Klein's Kill Fruit Farm
Klein’s Kill Fruit Farms is a 4th generation, family-owned fruit farm based in Germantown, NY. They farm approximately 400 acres of apples and 60 acres of stone fruit, primarily peaches.

Minard Farms Beverage Company
