Adams Fairacre Farms Adams Fairacre Farms has been named the 2026 Casella Sustainable Leader!
Since joining the program in 2024, our team has diverted nearly 1.8 million pounds of food waste from landfills, recovered and sent to local composters right here in the Hudson Valley. All five of our stores take part: Poughkeepsie, Kingston, Newburgh, Wappinger, and Middletown!
It’s a simple idea done consistently. Keep clean food waste out of the trash, put it back into the soil, and support a healthier community in the process. We’re proud to partner with the local Casella team to make it happen. Check out the full article and video HERE
