Little Spire Russian Sage
Little Spire is a shorter, upright selection that does not flop over in the landscape as is common with Russian Sage. Spikes of lavender-blue flowers add a sense of lightness to the garden. Use in a mass planting, border or as an accent.
A super shrubby more cold hardy perennial for gardens incorporating Mediterranean style and more traditional hardy perennials. A delightful alternative to lavender in cottage gardens or along fence lines of pickets or iron. Shows well in traditional parterres or hedge-bound planters. Casual character is equally suited for wild gardens amidst rocky outcroppings or landscape boulders. Outstanding at edges of dry stream beds with wildflowers. Excellent container specimen in unglazed clay pots.
