Tilapia with Creole Tartar Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. whole-grain mustard
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
- 4 (4-oz.) tilapia fillets
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
Instructions
- Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high (350°F to 400°F). For the tartar sauce, in a small bowl combine mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, cayenne and hot sauce. Set aside.
- Season fillets with celery salt, and pepper to taste. Grill fillets 4 to 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Transfer fillets to a serving platter, and serve with tartar sauce.

Great sauce
This recipe is worth doing because the sauce is so good. It could be used on a variety of foods: dipping sauce for french fries, sandwich spread with deli meats, etc.
