Tilapia with Creole Tartar Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Whole-grain mustard
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp Hot sauce
- 4 Tilapia fillets, 4 oz each
- 1/4 tsp Celery salt
Instructions
- Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high (350F-400F). For the tartar sauce, in a small bowl combine mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, cayenne and hot sauce. Set aside.
- Season fillets with celery salt and pepper to taste.
- Grill fillets 4-5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Transfer fillets to a serving platter, and serve with tartar sauce.

Great sauce
This recipe is worth doing because the sauce is so good. It could be used on a variety of foods: dipping sauce for french fries, sandwich spread with deli meats, etc.
