Tilapia with Creole Tartar Sauce


  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. whole-grain mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
  • 4 (4-oz.) tilapia fillets
  • 1/4 tsp. celery salt


  1. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high (350°F to 400°F). For the tartar sauce, in a small bowl combine mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, mustard, cayenne and hot sauce. Set aside.
  2. Season fillets with celery salt, and pepper to taste. Grill fillets 4 to 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Transfer fillets to a serving platter, and serve with tartar sauce.
