Sue Adams’ Strawberry Mint Mojito
- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- 4 Mint leaves
- 1 Lime
- 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 2 oz Bacardi Dragon Berry (Strawberry Rum)
- 2 oz Club soda
- 1 Strawberry, sliced
- 1 sprig Mint, for garnish
- Crushed ice
- Put the mint leaves into a tall glass and squeeze the lime juice over them.
- Add the powdered sugar and strawberry and muddle everything together.
- Stir in the rum and top off with club soda.
- Add ice and mint sprigs as garnish and enjoy!
