Spinach and Artichoke Pizza

Spinach and Artichoke Pizza


  • 5 oz Baby spinach, rinsed and drained
  • 14 oz Quartered artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups Shredded Italian cheese blend, divided
  • 4.4 oz Garlic–herb light spreadable cheese
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning


  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Finely chop spinach. In a large bowl combine spinach, artichoke hearts, 1 cup of the cheese blend, plus spreadable cheese, mayonnaise and seasoning. Mix well.
  3. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet. Spread spinach mixture evenly on crust and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese blend.
  4. Bake 10 – 12 minutes or until cheese begins to melt.
  5. Preheat broiler.
  6. Broil 1 – 2 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes.
  8. Slice and serve.
