Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tsp Fresh dill weed
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 Pita bread, cut into halves
  • 1/3 lb Lean roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Alfalfa sprouts

Instructions

  1. Stir together yogurt, dill weed and mustard. Mix in the bell pepper.
  2. Fill each pita half with 1/3 cup yogurt mixture, 1/4 of the beef and alfalfa sprouts.
