Roast Beef Pockets
- Yield: 4 servings
- 1 cup Nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 tsp Fresh dill weed
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 cup Bell pepper, chopped
- 2 Pita bread, cut into halves
- 1/3 lb Lean roast beef, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Alfalfa sprouts
- Stir together yogurt, dill weed and mustard. Mix in the bell pepper.
- Fill each pita half with 1/3 cup yogurt mixture, 1/4 of the beef and alfalfa sprouts.
