Purple Basil Mojito
- Yield: 1 serving
- 2 Lime wedges, each 3/4 inch thick
- 1 tbsp Simple syrup
- 2 sprigs Fresh purple basil
- 2 tbsp Light rum
- Club soda
- Ice cubes
- In a tumbler, muddle 1 lime wedge and basil.
- Fill tumbler with ice. Add rum and simple syrup.
- Top with club soda and stir well. Garnish with remaining lime wedge.
