Pineapple & Mint Infused Water

  • 1/4 cup Pineapple, peeled and cut into triangles
  • 8-10 Mint leaves


  1. Place 8 cups water in a pitcher or large bowl.
  2. Add pineapple and mint leaves.
  3. Refrigerate at least three hours before using. Keep refrigerated up to two days.
  4. Strain before serving.
