Peach Sorbet

Ingredients
- 8 Yellow peaches, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Superfine sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice, to taste
Instructions
- Peel the peaches and cut into 8 slices.
- Place slices in the bowl of a food processor, add the sugar and process until smooth, scraping down the sides as you go.
- Once smooth, add lemon juice slowly to taste.
- Freeze until firm, about 6-7 hours, or until firm.
