Panettone French Toast

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Whole milk
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 6 Eggs
- 4 tbsp Butter, divided
- 2 lb Panettone
Instructions
- Cut panettone into 1 inch thick slices.
- Whisk together the milk, sugar, salt, vanilla, cinnamon and eggs until evenly combined.
- Melt 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Dip a piece of panettone into the batter and place in the pan. Repeat with as many slices as will comfortably fit in the pan without overcrowding.
- Cook, flipping once, about 2 minutes per side, until golden brown.
- Place cooked French toast on a plate and repeat with the remaining butter and panettone slices.
