- 6-8 Mint leaves
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 1/2 oz Bourbon
- Splash of simple syrup
- Crushed ice
- Mint sprig for garnish
- Place the mint leaves and the sugar in the bottom of a glass and muddle together.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice. Pour in the bourbon and a splash of simple syrup. Stir to mix.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
