Mint Julep

  • 6-8 Mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 1/2 oz Bourbon
  • Splash of simple syrup
  • Crushed ice
  • Mint sprig for garnish


  1. Place the mint leaves and the sugar in the bottom of a glass and muddle together.
  2. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Pour in the bourbon and a splash of simple syrup. Stir to mix.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
