Ingredients

  • 1 Mango, cubed
  • 1 cup Raw corn kernels
  • 1 Jalapeno, diced
  • 1 Red pepper, chopped
  • 1 Avocado, chopped
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Salt, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine mango, corn, jalapeno, red bell pepper, avocado, lime juice and cilantro in a bowl.
  2. Season with salt to taste.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready.
