Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 lb Pasta
- 2 c Heavy cream
- 16 oz Evaporated milk
- 1 lb Golden Velvet Loaf
- 5 oz Cream cheese
- 8 oz Cheddar, shredded
- 1/3 c Parmesan/Pecorino blend
- 1 tsp Granulated onion
- 1 tsp Granulated garlic
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cook and cool pasta to very firm, about 4/5 of the way cooked.
- Combine cream and evaporated milk in a pan, heat until just below a simmer, steam and bubbles should be present.
- Cut Golden Velvet loaf and cream cheese into large dice.
- Add Golden Velvet, cream cheese, half of the shredded cheddar, parmesan/pecorino blend, and spices. Remove from heat and stir until fully melted.
- Allow cheese sauce to cool.
- Combine cold pasta, cheese sauce and remaining shredded cheddar until well combined. Place in a baking dish.
- When ready to serve cover and bake or steam until hot
