Lavender Simple Syrup
- Yield: 1/2 cup
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp Lavender
- Combine sugar, lavender and water in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved, 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let steep for 20 minutes.
- Strain, and discard, lavender. Set aside to cool.
- Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
