Lavender Simple Syrup

  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Lavender


  1. Combine sugar, lavender and water in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved, 3-5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and let steep for 20 minutes.
  3. Strain, and discard, lavender. Set aside to cool.
  4. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
