Kefir Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Kefir
  • 1/2 cup Frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 Small banana
  • 1 tbsp Almond butter
  • 2 tsp Honey

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
