Hearts of Palm Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, mined
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 14 oz can Hearts of palm, drained and shredded
  • 3/4 cup Roasted chile sauce
  • 6 Soft tortillas

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the onions and garlic and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the shredded hearts of palm and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the sauce, reduce heat to medium-low and allow to heat through, 5-7 minutes.
  5. Divided evenly between tortillas and garnish with your favorite taco toppings.
