Ingredients

  • 1 oz Cuban Rum
  • 6-8 Mint leaves
  • 2 Lime wedges
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 2.5 oz Belvoir Farm Sparkling Elderflower

Instructions

  1. Squeeze the limes directly into a highball glass.
  2. Add the mint leaves and sugar and muddle together.
  3. Add rum and fill with crushed ice, muddle again.
  4. Top with sparkling Elderflower and serve.
