- Yield: 1 serving
- 1 oz Cuban Rum
- 6-8 Mint leaves
- 2 Lime wedges
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2.5 oz Belvoir Farm Sparkling Elderflower
- Squeeze the limes directly into a highball glass.
- Add the mint leaves and sugar and muddle together.
- Add rum and fill with crushed ice, muddle again.
- Top with sparkling Elderflower and serve.
