Easy Tofu Scramble

Ingredients
- 1 tbs Olive oil
- 14.5 oz Firm tofu
- 2 tbs Nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp Kala Namak (black salt)
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbs Non-dairy milk
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the tofu to the pan and mash with a fork or potato masher. Cook, stirring frequently, until the water from the tofu is mostly gone, 3-4 minutes.

Add the nutritional yeast, salt, turmeric and garlic powder. Cook, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes. Continue cooking, stirring less often, until golden spots form on parts of the tofu.

Stir the milk into the pan and serve immediately.
