Easy Greek Salad

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 6 Persian cucumbers, halved and sliced
- 1 pint Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 ounces Crumbled Feta cheese
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, halved and pitted
Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, kosher salt and black pepper.
- Add cucumber, tomatoes, feta and olives and toss.
