Roast Beef Sandwich
- 1 tbsp Favorite sandwich spread
- 2 slices Sprouted grain bread
- ¼ cup Green leaf lettuce
- 2 slices Tomato
- 2 oz Low sodium roast beef, sliced
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 oz Low sodium ham, sliced
- ¼ cup Red onion, shaved
- Spread sandwich spread on one slice of bread.
- Then layer the lettuce, tomato, roast beef, Swiss cheese, ham and red onion on to the slice.
- Top with second slice of bread and enjoy!
