- Yield: 4 servings
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 2/3 cup Popcorn kernels
- 2 tsps Curry powder
- Salt, to taste
- Place all ingredients in a large pot over medium-high heat, and cover with a tight lid.
- When kernels begin popping, gently shake the pot back and forth. Turn off the heat once the popping slows to 2-3. Shake the pot a few more times.
- Wait 1 minute, then remove lid and pour into bowl. Add more salt if desired.
