Curry Popcorn

  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2/3 cup Popcorn kernels
  • 2 tsps Curry powder
  • Salt, to taste


  1. Place all ingredients in a large pot over medium-high heat, and cover with a tight lid.
  2. When kernels begin popping, gently shake the pot back and forth. Turn off the heat once the popping slows to 2-3. Shake the pot a few more times.
  3. Wait 1 minute, then remove lid and pour into bowl. Add more salt if desired.
