- 2 slices High-protein bread
- 3 oz Low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 oz Smoked salmon
- 6–8 slices Cucumber
- 1 tsp Everything bagel seasoning
- Fresh dill
- 1 tsp Lemon juice, optional
- Sea salt
- Black pepper

Toast the bread

Spread the cottage cheese evenly over the toast

Add the smoked salmon pieces and cucumber slices.

Sprinkle evenly with everything bagel seasoning, dill and lemon juice if using.
