Cottage Cheese Caesar Dip

Ingredients
- ½ cup Cottage cheese
- ½ cup Mayo
- 1/3 cup Parmesan, grated
- 1 tbsp Capers, rough chopped
- 1 Lemon, zested and juiced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- ½ tsp Anchovy paste
- 2 tbsp Basil, chopped
- 1 tbsp Chives, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients, except the chives, to a small bowl and mix until well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
- Garnish with chives right before serving.
