Ingredients
- 1–2 Eggs, soft-boiled
- 2/3 cup Cottage cheese
- 1 Cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 Avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 tsp Everything bagel seasoning
- Extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Place the cottage cheese in a bowl and top with the vegetables
- Peel and halve the soft-boiled eggs and add to the bowl
- Top with with everything bagel seasoning and a drizzle of olive oil
