Ingredients

  • 1–2 Eggs, soft-boiled
  • 2/3 cup Cottage cheese
  • 1 Cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 Avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 tsp Everything bagel seasoning
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place the cottage cheese in a bowl and top with the vegetables
  2. Peel and halve the soft-boiled eggs and add to the bowl
  3. Top with with everything bagel seasoning and a drizzle of olive oil
