Corned Beef Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Corned beef, cooked
- 2 cups Coleslaw
- 8 Corn tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Sour cream
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 1/4 tsp Sea salt
- 1 tsp Tabasco, optional
Instructions
- Shred corned beef and place on a plate.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, salt and hot sauce, if using. Set crema aside.
- Heat the corn tortillas in a skillet and place on plates.
- Fill tortillas with cheese, corned beef, coleslaw and crema. Roll tortillas up and enjoy.
