Corned Beef Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb Corned beef, cooked
  • 2 cups Coleslaw
  • 8 Corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 tsp Tabasco, optional

Instructions

  1. Shred corned beef and place on a plate.
  2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, salt and hot sauce, if using. Set crema aside.
  3. Heat the corn tortillas in a skillet and place on plates.
  4. Fill tortillas with cheese, corned beef, coleslaw and crema. Roll tortillas up and enjoy.
