Ingredients

  • 1 large Banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
  • 3 tbs Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 6 oz Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup Skim milk
  • 1 tbs Honey, maple syrup, or agave
  • 1 tbs Peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Put all of the ingredients into the blender, and blend on high until thick and smooth. Adjust cocoa powder to taste.
