Brussels Sprouts & Onions

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Medium onion, chopped
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, thinly slivered
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Sauté the onions 3 minutes, until soft and translucent.
  3. Add the sprouts and season with salt and pepper to taste. Sauté for 5-10 minutes, until the Brussels sprouts are fork tender.
  4. Serve warm.
