Brussels Sprouts & Onions

- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, thinly slivered
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté the onions 3 minutes, until soft and translucent.
- Add the sprouts and season with salt and pepper to taste. Sauté for 5-10 minutes, until the Brussels sprouts are fork tender.
- Serve warm.
