Brie and Ham Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread
- 2 tsp Fresh thyme leaves
- 4 tbsp Salted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 12 slices Brie cheese, thinly-sliced
- 1/2 Granny Smith apple, thinly-sliced
- 6 slices Adams Farmstand Fresh Applewood Smoked Ham
Instructions
- Mix the softened butter with fresh thyme leaves and set aside.
- Place four slices of bread on a cutting board. Drizzle honey over one side of each slice. On two of the slices, layer 3 slices of Brie cheese, followed by smoked ham and sliced apples. Add 3 more slices of Brie on top of the apples, then cover with the remaining bread slices, honey side facing inward.
- Spread the thyme-infused butter over the outer sides of each sandwich.
- Cook the sandwiches over medium-low heat on a grill or skillet until the bread is golden brown and the Brie has melted.
- Remove the sandwiches from the heat and let them rest for 1 minute. Slice each sandwich in half and serve warm.
