  • 2 tsp Fresh thyme leaves
  • 4 tbsp Salted butter, softened
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 12 slices Brie cheese, thinly-sliced
  • 1/2 Granny Smith apple, thinly-sliced
  • 6 slices Adams Farmstand Fresh Applewood Smoked Ham

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened butter with fresh thyme leaves and set aside.
  2. Place four slices of bread on a cutting board. Drizzle honey over one side of each slice. On two of the slices, layer 3 slices of Brie cheese, followed by smoked ham and sliced apples. Add 3 more slices of Brie on top of the apples, then cover with the remaining bread slices, honey side facing inward.
  3. Spread the thyme-infused butter over the outer sides of each sandwich.
  4. Cook the sandwiches over medium-low heat on a grill or skillet until the bread is golden brown and the Brie has melted.
  5. Remove the sandwiches from the heat and let them rest for 1 minute. Slice each sandwich in half and serve warm.
