Ingredients
- 1 Tortilla
- 2 Eggs, scrambled
- 1/3 cup Ham, chopped
- 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 slice Swiss cheese
- Oil
Instructions

Add enough oil to your skillet to just lightly coat the bottom, then place over medium heat.

Place the tortilla in the skillet, then add the remaining ingredients on one side of the tortilla.

Cook for 3-4 minutes. Then, fold the empty side over the fillings and continue cooking 1-2 more minutes, flipping when needed for even browning on both sides.
