Breakfast Biscuit Sliders

Ingredients
- 1 tube Refrigerated biscuit dough
- 4 oz Uncooked breakfast sausage, casings removed
- 4 large Eggs
- 2 slices Adams Farmstand Fresh American Cheese, halved
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F and position a rack in the center. Lightly coat the cups of a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Press a round of biscuit dough into 4 of the muffin cups. Set aside any extra biscuits for another use.
- Divide the sausage into 4 equal portions. Use your hands to shape each portion into a round patty and place each patty in one of the remaining empty muffin cups.
- Crack an egg into each of the last 4 muffin cups.
- Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 15 to 17 minutes, or until the eggs are set, the biscuits are golden-brown, and the sausage patties are fully cooked. Remove from the oven and let cool for about 5 minutes.
- Slice each biscuit in half. Layer a sausage patty on the bottom half, followed by a slice of cheese, a baked egg, and another slice of cheese. Top with the biscuit half.
