Blackened Chicken Lollipops

Ingredients
- 1 pkg Bell & Evans Chicken Drumstick Lollipops
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Dried thyme
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp White pepper
- 2 Limes, halved
- Vegetable oil, for brushing grates
- 2 tbs Fresh parsley,chopped
Instructions
- Combine the salt, paprika, cayenne, cumin, thyme, oregano, onion powder and pepper. Rub the seasoning all over the chicken, and under the skin.
- Heat the grill to medium and brush the grates with oil. Grill the chicken, turning occasionally, until brown on all sides and the internal temperature is 165F, about 15-20 minutes. Remove from the grill and rest for 10 minutes.
- While chicken is cooking, also grill the limes, cut-side-down, until lightly charred, about 1 minute.
- Garnish the chicken with parsley and serve with the grilled lime halves.
