Black Olive Spread

- Prep Time: 10 minutes
- 10 oz Black olives
- 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 clove Garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- Add olives, cheese and garlic to a food processor.
- Start processing and slowly add oil. Continue processing until smooth.
- Serve immediately or keep in the refrigerator until ready.
