Ingredients

  • 10 oz Black olives
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 clove Garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Add olives, cheese and garlic to a food processor.
  2. Start processing and slowly add oil. Continue processing until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately or keep in the refrigerator until ready.
