Berry Boost Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fat free, low fat or oat milk
  • 1-2 handfuls Kale, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Frozen strawberries
  • 1 Orange, peeled and chopped or 1 mango (flesh only)
  • 1/2 Frozen banana, peeled
  • about 2 teaspoons Honey

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Sip indulgently with a straw.
