Baked Texas Round Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Round steak
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 c up Water
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Yellow mustard
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
  2. Cut steak into individual serving sizes. Place pieces in a baking dish.
  3. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the round steak.
  4. Bake for 1 1/2 – 2 hours. If you prefer to use a slow cooker, it can be cooked on low for 8 hours.
