Baked Buffalo Wings

  • 2.75-3 lbs Bell & Evans chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup Hot sauce
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter, melted
  • Salt, to season
  • Pepper, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 300F
  2. Whisk together the hot sauce and melted butter and season with salt and pepper to taste. Keep warm and set aside until ready to use.
  3. Line a rimmed baking tray with aluminum foil and place a wire cooling rack on top. Spray the rack with a non-stick spray.
  4. Pat wings dry and place on the rack, skin side up. Season with salt.
  5. Bake 30 minutes.
  6. Increase oven temperature to 425F and continue baking for an additional 30-40 minutes, turning tray halfway through. Wings are done when wings are crispy and a meat thermometer reads 170F.
  7. Toss the wings with the warm sauce and serve immediately.
