Bacon Wrapped Apple BBQ Chicken

- 2 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices Bacon
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 Apples, peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- Mix together the BBQ sauce, lemon juice and apples.
- Wrap each chicken breast in 2 slices of bacon and lay flat in a slow cooker.
- Pour the BBQ mixture evenly over the chicken pieces.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Serve warm.
