Antipasto Salad

Ingredients
- 6 cups Romaine lettuce or leafy greens, chopped
- 3 oz Salami
- 3 oz Prosciutto
- 4 oz Provolone cheese, chopped into small pieces
- 8 oz Marinated mozzarella balls
- 1 cup Cucumbers, chopped
- 1/4 cup Cherry tomatoes, sliced
- 12 oz Marinated artichokes, drained
- 4 oz Banana peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
- 2 tbsp Fresh basil, chopped
- Italian dressing
Instructions
- Place chopped romaine lettuce in a salad bowl.
- Arrange the salami, prosciutto, artichokes, sliced provolone, mozzarella, olives, peppers, cherry tomatoes and basil on top of the lettuce.
- Drizzle with Italian dressing to taste and serve.
