Ingredients

  • 6 cups Romaine lettuce or leafy greens, chopped
  • 3 oz Salami
  • 3 oz Prosciutto
  • 4 oz Provolone cheese, chopped into small pieces
  • 8 oz Marinated mozzarella balls
  • 1 cup Cucumbers, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 12 oz Marinated artichokes, drained
  • 4 oz Banana peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 2 tbsp Fresh basil, chopped
  • Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Place chopped romaine lettuce in a salad bowl.
  2. Arrange the salami, prosciutto, artichokes, sliced provolone, mozzarella, olives, peppers, cherry tomatoes and basil on top of the lettuce.
  3. Drizzle with Italian dressing to taste and serve.
