- Vibrant Vinegars–you’ll find hundreds of vinegars, balsamics, red or white wines, cider, tarragon, champagne add a va-va-voom to your salad dressing and stews
- Hudson Valley’s Own–artisanal bread from many area bakeries, locally produced yogurts, milk and organic ingredients, specialty jams and jellies and so much more from our food-rich region
- Baking Ingredients–why not bake it yourself? We have fine cooking chocolate, traditional and specialty flours, deliciously different flavorings
- Ethnic Foods–specialty treats from Italy Greece, Thailand, China, Germany, France, UK, Spain and too many places to count. We cover the world’s tastes from taramasalata to peporanata, from oodles of noodles to sensational salsas.

One of our fastest growing departments is the Adams Kitchen. Tucked away in each of our stores are fully equipped food service kitchens, where our chefs are busy preparing all the appetizing selections you find in our hot bars, hot cases, salad bars and self-serve food cases.
Meat Department
At Adams Butcher Shops, we know you care about the quality of your meat. That’s why we ensure our products are super fresh, as local as possible and pure meat without fillers.
Bakery
Few can resist the fresh-baked treats that abound in every Adams Bakery.
Cheese Shop
Every Adams Fairacre Farms location has a Cheese Department and each one is a celebration of the highest form that milk can achieve. We carry so many varieties that choosing your cheese might be a challenge.
Produce
You may have noticed that whichever Adams Store you enter—the main entrance leads you straight to produce. Every produce item leads you to a nutritious meal.
Seafood
It’s not bragging to say that Adams Seafood is good because it is so fresh. Every day, except Sunday, we receive deliveries from The Fulton Fish Market in New York City, the Boston Fish Pier, Portland’s Fish Exchange, the New Bedford Landing and many more.
Deli
Our customers love sandwiches and we love to fill them. The recipe for a great deli should be pretty simple: carry great meats and cheeses, be super clean and be efficient.
