New Hire Joins Adams Fairacre Farms Executive Team
Company ramps up to help more customers and drive sales

Poughkeepsie, New York, January 23, 2020 – Adams Fairacre Farms is pleased to announce that Wendy Troncone has joined the company as Marketing Director. This hire reinforces Adams’s long-term growth initiatives and goes hand-in-hand with the company’s philosophy to continue to evolve and maintain the family’s commitment of “Giving You Farmstand Quality Every Day.”

Most recently Wendy was with 4Cite Marketing, a people-based identification and insights company. She helped companies drive brand loyalty and increase revenues with some of the industry’s leading B2C and B2B companies including Staples, Harry and David, J.Jill and Vera Bradley.

In 1919 Ralph A. Adams and his wife, Mary Rogers Adams, purchased 50 acres of farmland on Dutchess Turnpike in Poughkeepsie, New York. They worked the land, selling fresh produce to area retailers and by 1933 their family had a successful farmstand that became known as Adams Fairacre Farms.

Today, Adams Fairacre Farms is still a family-owned business with stores located in Poughkeepsie, Kingston, Newburgh and Wappinger with plans of expansion now underway. Adams celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2019 and supports over 100 local farmers and vendors as well as 1,350 employees.
