Pumpkin Spice Syrup

Ingredients
- 12 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 cup Pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Place water and sugar in a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Simmer, stirring occassionally, until sugar is dissolved.
- Add in the pumpkin puree and spice and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Pour the syrup through a strainer into a glass jar.
- Let cool, then place, covered, in the refrigerator. Add to coffees or lattes to taste.
