Peanut Butter Banana Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 cup Mashed ripe bananas, about 3 bananas
- 3/4 cup Creamy or crunchy peanut butter
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 cup Maple syrup
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tbsp Dairy free milk
- 1 cup Gluten free oat flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/3 cup Mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Line a muffin tin with liners and spray the insides with cooking spray.
- Stir together the mashed bananas, peanut butter, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla and milk until smooth.
- Mix in the oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Divide batter evenly into prepared muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove muffins from the tin and let cool on a wire rack.
