Berry Panettone Trifle

Ingredients
- 1 lb Panettone, crust removed and cut into 3cm cubes
- 1/2 cup Tia Maria, or similar liqueur
- 1 1/4 cups Bueberries
- 1 cup Blackberries
- 2 cups Raspberries
- 8oz Cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 cups Double thick vanilla pudding
- 1/3 cup plus 1 tbsp Powdered sugar
Instructions
- Combine panettone and liqueur in a bowl and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Stir together the powdered sugar and berries in another bowl and set aside.
- Beat room temperature cream cheese until smooth. Add the pudding and remaining powdered sugar and beat on high for 4-5 minutes, until smooth.
- To assemble trifle, arrange half the soaked panettone in the base of a 10-12 cup trifle bowl or large, deep bowl. Cover with half of the custard mixture. Sprinkle on half the berries. Repeat layering, finishing with fresh berries on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for 4-5 hours before serving.
