Cod Baked in Mustard Cream

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Cod fillets
- Salt, to taste
- Cracked pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Whole grain mustard
- Fresh dill leaves, torn
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Lay fillets flat in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix together the cream and mustard in a bowl, then pour evenly over the fillets. Top with dill.
- Bake until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 15 minutes.
- Serve warm.
