Spicy & Sweet Tropical Snack Mix
- 1 bag Saffron Road Bombay Crunchy Chickpeas
- 1/2 cup Dried mango
- 1/2 cup Dried green mango
- 1/2 cup Dried pineapple
- 1/2 cup Dried banana
- 1/2 cup Coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup Salted peanuts
- In a large bowl, add the dried fruit and the Saffron Road Bombay Spice Crunchy Chickpeas.
- Then gently fold in to the rest of the ingredients.
- Store in a sealed bag, or glass container, for up to two weeks.
