Spicy Grilled Ham and Cheese

  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 slices Deli ham
  • 1 Green chile pepper
  • 2 slices Rye bread
  • 1 tbsp Butter, softened


  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Layer cheese, ham and chile pepper on one slice of bread, then top with the other slice.
  3. Lightly butter both outside slices of the sandwich and place it in the skillet. Grill until cheese is melted and bread appears golden brown, about 3 minutes per side.
  4. Serve warm.
