Seasoned Baked Chicken Thighs
- 1 lb Boneless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- Preheat your oven to 400F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- Brush the chicken thighs with the seasoning mixture, making sure to coat both sides.
- Place the chicken thighs on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165F on a meat thermometer.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
You can also add other seasonings or marinades to the chicken thighs to change up the flavor.
