Raspberry White Hot Chocolate

  • 3/4 cup Raspberries
  • 2-3 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 2 oz White chocolate, finely chopped
  • Pinch of salt
  • Whipped cream, optional
  • Marshmallows, optional


  1. Mash together the raspberries and sugar, more or less depending on how sweet you like things. Set aside.
  2. In a pot, whisk together the milk, cream and cornstarch and place on medium-low heat. Heat until milk just starts simmering, careful not to let it boil. Remove from heat.
  3. Strain the raspberries through a sieve to remove the seeds. Pour into the milk.
  4. Add the white chocolate and salt and stir until all the chocolate is melted and well combined.
  5. Pour into two mugs and top with whipped cream and marshmallows if using.
